Øke is flavourless! You can add it to a glass of water and you won’t taste a thing. It's also heat stable, meaning that you can add it to any of your favourite recipes.
Our 200g tins last approximately 2 months when taking the recommended dose of 5g a day. Our Øke sachets last 28 days.
The recommended daily amount is 5 grams for best results!
Øke Marine Collagen is dairy and gluten free. It is not suitable for those with fish or shellfish allergies.
The best before date can be found on our products tins / sachets, along with the batch number and production date. Product shelf-life ranges from 36 months. We recommend storing products in a dry place at a maximum of 20 °C (68 °F)
